Greystone Relocation Concierge was founded by Rade Radakovich, who saw the chaos of moving first-hand while working in architecture on multi-million dollar homes. With a background in luxury homes and large-scale project management, he created Greystone Relocation Concierge to provide stress-free relocations for high-end homeowners.

RADE RADAKOVICH

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Rade, an architect by training, founded Greystone Relocation Concierge to bring order to the chaos of luxury home relocations. Drawing on his expertise in design and project management, he ensures every relocation is precise, seamless, and flawless. Based in San Luis Obispo, Rade holds an architecture degree from Cal Poly and shares his home with Nigel, his loyal White German Shepherd and Greystone’s Chief Tasting Officer.

Andrew Stutzman

Head of Relocation Operations

Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Andrew leads client outreach at Greystone, bringing his expertise in bicoastal real estate and personal experience with cross-country moves. He joined us from a top-tier real estate brokerage and has called Los Angeles home since 2011, nearly achieving “local” status while studying at Pepperdine University.

Richard Spaulding

Head of Sales

Richard leads sales at Greystone, leveraging over 15 years of experience in SaaS and IT to drive growth in luxury relocation. Before joining, he excelled as Director of Healthcare at Yext, working with major clients like Kaiser Permanente and Stanford Health Care. Known for his strategic approach and dedication to client relationships, Richard ensures every relocation reflects Greystone’s commitment to excellence.
